About John Clidy
I am a Realtor with Century 21 Rauh & Johns in South Jersey. I have 12 years experience as a Realtor and 13 years as a Real Estate Investor/Entrepreneur. I grew up in Williamstown, NJ where I graduated from Williamstown High School. I went on to Montclair State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a Minor in Business Administration. I continued my education at Seton Hall University, receiving a Master's degree in Human Resources. I am happily married and have four beautiful children.
I have created "The Clidy Group" that has a full time administrator and a full time marketing specialist on staff. My skills consist of different areas of real estate such as: purchasing investment properties, building homes, finding available land, commercial investing and selling residential real estate in a highly challenging market. I have a full time licensed assistant answering phone calls and emails to ensure that we stay on top of all clients’ properties on a daily basis. I strive for customer service and take pride in delivering a personalized marketing plan tailored to meet my client's needs to obtain the highest possible market value.
My philosophy is that customer relationships are at the heart of what I do. If clients do not feel that I've built a strong relationship with them by the time we've sold their home, then I have not done my job. I strive to make the sale or purchase of the client's home and all of the associated activities, free of stress, easy to understand, and at times, even fun. My goal is to exceed client's expectations and provide them with exceptional service throughout our relationship.
Even in this slower market, people are still buying and selling properties. I have the knowledge, experience, and a committed Group to complete all transactions with the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Advertising has been doubled to assure my clients that their properties will be sold. My client's satisfaction is my success. For the years 2007, 2008 & 2010, I was ranked the #1 selling Realtor for all Century 21 offices in New Jersey and Delaware.
